Last year our area was battered by a storm which damaged, in one form or another, all eighteen of our buildings. The insurance claim exceeded our annual dues income by more than three times.  The prompt service, verification processes implemented and the coordination of quality contractors while keeping the homeowners apprised of the scheduling for repairs and annual maintenance was exceptional.  CAM brought everything in on time and under budget.

Bryan Charcut: President

Bryan created CAM in 2004 after working in property management for several years.  His goal was to provide communities a dedicated resource in management services for Homeowner Associations.  He has earned a real estate license both in Kansas and Missouri and has participated in the Institute of Real Estate Management.  Bryan is currently in the process of receiving his designation to be a certified Community Association Manager by the Community Association Institute.

Bryan has twelve years of professional condominium, town home and HOA management experience.  Bryan's approach to HOA management centers around the cumulative value of the community

Liz Stecklein: Community Manager.

Liz has fourteen years of residential and association property management experience and has been working for CAM since 2006.  Liz has received designations for management from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the National Association of Residential Property Managers.  Her abilities are strongest in the areas of vendor coordination, budget preparation, and relationship building.

Donna is an experienced association manager with more than 15 years of property and association management experience.  Her track record of successfully managing master communities is what led our decision to invite her to join CAM as a Community Manager in 2011. 


Emily Majors:  Office Manager.

Emily has more than twelve years of conventional, tax credit and Association property management experience.  Emily is responsible for the day to day operations of the CAM office as well as the website and marketing efforts.
