Last year our area was battered by a storm which damaged, in one form or another, all eighteen of our buildings. The insurance claim exceeded our annual dues income by more than three times.  The prompt service, verification processes implemented and the coordination of quality contractors while keeping the homeowners apprised of the scheduling for repairs and annual maintenance was exceptional.  CAM brought everything in on time and under budget. 

Although our five member board is very active, we would not consider doing our job without their guidance. It is the personal touch of our Community Manager together with the support and experience of a professional group like Community Association Management that makes living in a managed community worry free.

Bryan Charcut: President

Bryan established CAM in 2004 after working in property management for several years.  His goal was to provide communities a dedicated resource in management services for Homeowner Associations.  He has earned a real estate license both in Kansas and Missouri and participated in the Institute of Real Estate Management.  Bryan is currently in the process of receiving his designation to be a certified Community Association Manager by the Community Association Institute.

Johnny Arntsen: Community Manager.

Johnny joined CAM in 2014 with a background in project management and real estate sales. A native of North Carolina, Johnny attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington and majored in Entrepreneurship and Business Development. CAM is happy to have Johnny aboard! 

Liz Stecklein: Community Manager.

Liz has fifteen years of residential and association property management experience and has been working for CAM since 2006.  Liz holds designations for management from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the National Association of Residential Property Managers.  A true jack of all trades, Liz excels  in building vendor relationships, capital forecasting and bridging the divide between Board and membership to the benefit of the community.

Kristin Pennington: Community Manager.

Kristin came to CAM with eighteen years of property management experience and a true 'can-do' attitude. A sales and marketing expert, she faces every challenge head on with a simple goal- make the client happy. Kristin joined the CAM team in 2013. 

Emily Majors:  Office Manager.

Emily has more than fourteen years of conventional, tax credit and Association property management experience.  She joined CAM in 2007 and is responsible for the day to day operations of the CAM office as well as the website and marketing efforts. She is also a Google Ninja.
